** Bumping an 2008 Post.....

Found this today (2011) on Ebay a Glass Seal with a clear Plastic V. Nason label on it (from 1970-1980's ??)  CLICK Here, Ebay .  Might that confirm the ID of my Brown Glass Seal here in this Post of mine?  As it looks like a match to me...

Now where did I put that Glass Seal here  ??

The fins and colors are right for V. Nason. I have pictures of the seal in different colors. I think you found your answer.

By chance I stumbled upon the one with the label while trying to find something else here.  Isn't that how it always works.

If you want to use the images from here, I give you permission to use them.  Size is about 5.25 tall, and 6 inches long.  Let me know okay if that works.

Rose, the seal is in the zoo now at http://sites.google.com/site/muranozoo/mammals-8. It looks right at home there. The nice thing about the zoo is the animals don't need daily feeding and there is no poop to clean up. Thank you for letting me put it in. Let me know if there are any changes you want to make. I credited your GMB name. Let me know if you want to change that.
