here is the Vetreria Etrusca mark on glass.
So maybe the seller misreaded the mark.....probably

The listing says, "VF--NO CHIPS--NO CRACKS" which I read as shorthand for Very Fine (condition) - rather than VF as a maker's mark. The seller says the piece is marked "MADE IN ITALY---ON BOTTOM".

Ok correct Anne, I misreaded.
so...it will be very difficult to make an ID.

It's a semi-automatic item for sure, linked with an hand made handle.
The plastic look like more 70's or half 60's.
