Hard to tell with the first one because the picture is so small but I think it's italian. The other two look like 1930's Chinese though the canes are a wee bit different than what I have in my cabinet. There is more complexity in the cane centers. The general shape and color of the glass is consistent with old Chinese.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
