Help Identifying paperweight pressed mark

Could anybody help me tell me who this mark is on this paperweight . In the crest of the eagle is the letter "G" thanks

The eagle is 1978.
I am not aware of a web page with this information, including images - but Andy Dohan's "Dictionary of Paperweight Signature Canes" lists them (old printed version) - including pictures (new CD version).
