Canadian Label
« on: March 10, 2008, 04:11:19 AM »
Can anyone tell me who was the maker of this bowl, I haven't been able to find the label anywhere, my thought was maybe Chalet or Lorraine?
The label is round, black and gold, and has the maple leaf, Made in Canada.
Any info would be welcome, it's a beautiful piece.

This looks like a piece of Chalet glass, they were glass blowers from Murano that went to Canada in the 1940's.
I don't know if that is their label but it might be worth checking out.
