 I can make out a 74 (YOP maybe?) after the three digit number, which I think may be 300. Other than this, I can't read a thing! Thanks in advance for whatever you can tell me.

I believe this is a Dutch piece, signed Max Verboeket, Maastricht.

Here we have another Max Verboeket for Maastricht, made anytime between the early sixties and 1972. The tall vases are much better than the ashtrays. Yours seems to be a particular colourful example.

If the signature photo is rotated through 180 degrees it'll be the right way up and easier to read too methinks?

Well now, that's just plain silly of me...I even have one of the ashtrays (which I was able to decipher) and I still couldn't figure it out. Thank you for letting me know!
