Help needed to ID Bowl

I have this bowl which I have been unable to reference, any ideas would be welcome.The pontil is smooth with a ruffled edge. many thanks

I have seen your bowl before, but I can't remember where. Something is telling me that it is Polish, but it is just a guess. I searched some Polish glass this morning and found some similar things, but nothing exact. Maybe someone else will have a more concrete idea.
