It might well have been here, (but something at the back of my "mind" tells me it was on TV :? .) Thanks very much for pointing this reference out to me - mine is No. 6917 on the site. My copy of Ivo's book has arrived in the bookshop, but I've not been able to collect it yet.

Ivo's little book is wonderful... I bought a copy from Amazon late last year and it has been so useful. I just wish the print was a little bigger!
