Paul Ysart or just Vasart? ID = Not Paul Ysart

This millefiori bar tool on eBay is described as 'Paul Ysart'.  Does anyone know whether this could be by Paul, or had he left long before these were made?

Paul definitely made some door handles (e.g. picured in old PCA Bulletins). But I am not aware of him making any bar tools, particularly as another discussion in this board indicates that the bar tools were a contract between Vasart / Pirelli & the Lassman company.

Also, the canes in the top of that particular bottle opener are not ones I have ever seen in Paul's work but are "typical" of Vasart production.
