I googled and found that ALT is a contemporary company that makes paperweights. There is a mention of them under factories at http://www.landofodds.com/store/murano.htm. Handy information -- thanks for showing the signature.

I noticed that there were many Google links for ALT that were about lighting. I wonder if it is the same company.
