Uranium Powder Bowl
« on: April 09, 2008, 11:39:25 PM »
Hi all
Found another piece of Uranium glass but this piece has a lid which is engraved with type of what i would call a Chinese grass flower? think it maybe early 30s but not sure, so any help is grateful as per usual this little beauty stands 2ins to the lid rim and 4ins to the knob handle. 4.5ins in diameter really like this.

Steve, this should be mould-blown, consequently a maker will be not found in ages I'm afraid

Hi Pamela
hope you dont mind me asking what makes you say a maker wont be found for ages? is it that no one as ever seen this before or just that some one has had one for ages and still not found out whom made it,

hi Steve, mould BLOWN and mouth BLOWN is very difficult to ID - best is to find something identical bearing a sticker. And you will not be sure of that also! Just bought a Reich box with butterfly - no doubt about it - but bearing an Inwald sticker
