new acquisition - Query Per Lutken Tivoli Decanter
« on: June 29, 2010, 12:58:02 PM »
Hi - have had a bit of a spree lately on everyone's favourite auction site.

This arrived yesterday - and is lovely. Looking through my Millers Guide to 20C glass I see what appears to be it on page 147.

Per Lutken Holmegaard Tivoli Martini mixer model 14938. Would appreciate opinions as to whether I picked it right! (holding my breath)   :X:   No sizes are given in the Millers guide, mine is smoke coloured, 7inches high, 5.5 inches across the bowl.

hard to find any info re the item on the net, the only photo I found was on hardernet, and that was the 17823 version with a different foot.  So is it a rare item? or just not very interesting....

Looks good to me.

They're not terribly rare - I've got two of them that I've bought within the last 12 months. But I think they're interesting - I use one of mine quite regularly.
