Max...the General electric clocks are scarce and very expensive. The last one I saw sell on ebay, went for 1,800.00. After I bought that clock I was lucky enough to also get the December 1954 issue of Better Homes and Garden with the ad for it. Keep looking, you never know what you can find! Higgins is a tough one because most pieces are signed except that clock, single rondelay's and ornaments, so you have a shot at finding one cheap! Just like blenko...depending on the pattern (or for blenko it would be the design) and year it was made will determine the value.
Paul...the steamship piece belongs to someone else. That's one of the things I love about higgins, something for everyone.
