The large intials WV superimposed on top of one another are for Wheaton Village (now Wheaton Arts). The small initials are for the individual gaffer at Wheaton. I cannot read the smaller intials at the top - perhaps Joe Mattson? It is one of the regular production weights from Wheaton Village.
