Blue swirl vase.

This was the second vase i bought today it is of a blue come purple vase with white swirls going round it, trailing from the base which start as dots,
it stands 12ins high with a wide belly the base is 4.1/4ins wide and has a polished pontil who would have made a vase like this, and from what year? please,

Hi just unpacked this vase am thinking it may be Chinese can anyone give the thumbs up for that. or maybe know where from cheers
