According to http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/regnos06.htm, this design was registered in 1904:

443151: Thos Webb & Corbett, 12-Oct-04
444417: Jules Lang & Son, 02-Nov-04

But that particular number is not listed here.
