Large square and on a pedestal

This has a faded Murano label and is about 10 inches square. I have not seen any other Murano on such a pronounced pedestal and foot. It really is spectacular and should be identifiable by maker.
Apologies for the photo quality, but I hope it shows enough to generate some comments and/or information please.

It's newer Murano glass. This type is often sold in close-out type stores. (Where I am it's TJ Maxx, Ross, or Marshall's, but I don't know what you have in the UK.) Does the label say Lavorazione on it?
