No-one likes general adverts, and ours hadn't been updated for ages, so we're having a clear-out and a change round to make the new ones useful to you. These new adverts bring in a small amount to help pay for the board and keep it free for you to use, so please do use them whenever you can, Let our links help you find great books on glass or a new piece for your collection. We'd need to see close-ups of the handle attachment, the bubble distribution and the pontil, because your vase (not bottle) could be anything from mid 19th century Belgian to contemporary Egyptian.
you can tell it is a vase because the neck is not reinforced in any way, so there is no way to close it.

Ivo, the images on the web page are actually very large as they haven't been optimised (nearly 1.5MB to load!). If you can open them from the web page (right-click mouse menu) they do show good detail.

From what I saw before the HUGE images locked up my computer and I had to reboot    it looks like Mexican recycled glass.
