Ebay item 280233154514. I've told him it isn't and someone (not him of course!) has put a selkirk label on the base, but its just been relisted with the same descroption!

He obviously believes the label is not Chinese
If its the usual source, not that seller, expect to see a lot more with such labels.

The creasing where the label's been peeled off isn't a clue of course...

If anyone wants to do some research on Selkirk and what happened to their labels etc. on closure, I have a contact that I have never had the time to follow up.
