This lamp is shown on this pdf at Pressglas-Korespondenz http://www.pressglas-korrespondenz.de/archiv/pdf/pk-2008-1-02w-mb-fuerstenberg-pressglas-1930.pdf
It says "Kronentulpe (?)
Bild Sammlung Gäbel, aus Gäbel 2002, S. 96, Foto 40
SG: s. PK 2006-4, Exner, Tischlampe, Art Déco Lady mit „Bubikopf“
Glashütte „Germania“ Schweig, Müller & Co., Weißwasser
O.L., 1929"
So you know I just look at the pictures, someone will have to translate it!  ;)

The black plinth on photo 028 looks rather like a Sowerby 2490, which is just possible as a UK wholesaler or retailer addition, as Sowerby sold their plinths separately, but unlikely.   Note how the base of this example is quite different to the illustration in the PK material.

Where does the supply cable go?

The cable goes through a hole in the glass though there are gaps under the base where the cable would fit and there are grooves moulded inside the base for a fitting. The black plinth I used to elevate the lamp above my other pieces of glass it is a separate plinth. The pk pictures of the lamp show the lamp as it is the base is the base of the lamp not a separate plinth. I have 2 of these lamps and they are the same.
