pretty multi colour sea urchin pw, pontil mark .Scottish?

I just picked this up in a local antique shop, it appealed to me, looks well made.
No signature, i feel someone may recognise it from the base.
2 3/4" wide, about 2 3/8" tall.

Thanks Ray,
i had a feeling it would be an easy one for PW collectors, pleased i knew near enough what it was,
and just found it on Franks site, and a similar one on ebay sold for same i paid for mine, £14
so , it wont make me rich, but now i can pass it on with confidence to someone who needs it ;D
