Vasart? Or something completely different?
« on: June 29, 2008, 08:56:25 PM »

At first sight I thought that this object was Vasart.  But any other ideas?

I have sent a message to the seller.

It's certainly not antique (by the 100 year definition). Size, canes and finishing indicate it's early Vasart (46 to 55) but it could conceivably be later Vasart or even, but less likely, Strathearn. Needs a UV check for more data.
