Hovmantorp Polarbear Statue
« on: June 30, 2008, 11:43:23 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I have a question..well a few...I have a statue of Hovmantorp Sweden and I want to know more about it...It was given as a gift to me many years ago and I know this person also got it as a gift...
It is some sort of ice cave with a polarbear in it very heavy an not small it is 14.5 cm high and 14,5 wide and has a green colored glass. It is also inscripted on the bottem is says : handmade Hovmantorp 2296 L.J   L v. W
I know nothing off glass so hopefully you know more ..I am sure of it ;D

Do I have to insure this statue ? How old is it? ..every bit of information is welcome...Thank you in advance !!

Greetings Rika

Here are some pictures of it..
