John Deacons, Peter Holmes and William Manson have all done this for collectors in the past. Not all have been completely happy with result and it might be best to get it made in matching single tone rather than the near impossible matching of colours, also the difference in the glass used will have some effect on appearance. But any competent glass blower should be able to do it. I do recommend that you find one in Scotland as they are more familiar with the Ysart style. Peter McDougall also made Ysart style glass at Perthshire, if is equipped to make something this large I don't know.
Links to most are here, not had any contact info for PM sent to the site - links are usually added by the glassmakers themselves or other collectors. WM can be contacted through JD.
