Ice Vase, or Candle holder - ID = Lasisepat
« on: July 20, 2008, 07:17:42 PM »
Just trying to organise and clear out stuff.
This looks as if it may be recognisable?
Its a bowl, or candle holder, (theres still one in it)
4 1/2 inches tall, 6 inches wide at rim, looks familiar,
any help welcome,
is it for ebay, or charity shop?
Cheers
Andy

With no reason at all... it makes me think Finnish... and I'd say Ebay

No not Nazeing, Finnish, Lasisepat - read further down. That thread shows a Nazeing bowl at the bottom and a Lasisepat vase in the two middle pics. The pics are clickable so you can see the difference

Hi,
got a bit confused for a second, i presume the auction on huuto.net, in the post by
Robbo on that thread, showed the same vase.

So Finnish after all :D
Lasisepat Mantsala, Handmade in Finland

Thanks all,
Andy

(now do i leave the candle in, or try and get all the messy molten wax out  ;)  )
