I sold those Mdina items last week for five pounds each. Not rare are they?
One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine. William Hartnell

I don't think so.  I got £8 for mine last year.  Five pounds sounds like a bargain (for the buyer  )   I did have a more  rare(ish) one more recently.  It was black with yellow/gold decoration and an older type label, but that only went for £15.  They're a bit hit and miss.  I've got a couple of Mdina ashtrays which I can't give away

Saint Louis? http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/vasen/02409.html

I have a green and white urn/vase thing that I will photograph tomorrow, but they all look to be from the same stable

I suspect this is Italian but I sure someone will shoot me down if I am wrong

I wonder whether this is another of those swans given away filled with sweets at Italian weddings?  Doesn't help us to pin down the maker in any way, of course.

Here is the urn thingy. The pontil mark is semi-finished; heat treated I think. Is St Louis a possibility?
