Perthshire - or Murano?

Surely this paperweight is Murano, not Perthshire?

Seller probably hopes that someone will gamble on the chance that it might be a Perthshire.

Buyer will get a nice Seguso. But 40 pounds for it? I've gotten mine for a lot less
