Anita Harris before Poole and Cobridge. In !983 when she won a busary so was presumably starting out

I was also wondering if it was the same Anita Harris - how interesting.  She's a member of our 20th Century Art & Pottery board - is she a member here too?  If not I could PM her and suggest she joins up.

Anita just replied on the Poole colectors club forum, sehs been on Holiday hence the wait!  She says the Dartington one isn't her!

Correct. I remember when the "Dartington" Anita Harris was at the RCA and won the Dartington RSA bursary. Martin Hunt who was head of the glass department at the time was very excited because that year (1985 perhaps?) the RCA had managed to get a centrifuge which in those days cost about £2,000 and Anita was the probably the first person to use it successfully. But I have no idea what happened to her subsequently. I have a feeling that a few years ago they sold it (the centrifuge).
