Another Czech vase?
« on: August 08, 2006, 03:13:03 PM »
Can't seem to avoid these this week.  Here's another, I think it has been on here before, so forgive me for repeating it.  I can't find an example on the Sklo Union site, so please help me ID the designer or glass house.  thanks

Hi Emmi,

Max has one of these vases:
Quote from: "Marcus"
This is one of Frantisek Vizner's earliest designs for Sklo Union. Hermanova Hut, Plzen. around 1962.
Size should be around 20cm high.
If I know, I'll comment. If I think I know, I'll have a go. If I have no idea, I'll just keep quiet and learn from others, so the next time I'll know.

Emmi, your image has been deleted by Tinypic. Do you still have a copy please, and if so can it be added back into the topic for reference? Many thanks. :)
