I am trying to identify the maker of the following vase, it is 8" tall and quite heavy.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi David,
welcome to the Glass message board, and also welcome for the hunt to find a maker for your
Cellophane Glass vase, (the name coined by Frank from this board, and this website,
http://www.ysartglass.com/Ysart/NotYsart.htm  )
Lots of examples there ;D

Also read these 2 links from discussions on this board,
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,22153.0.html
and
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,603.0.html

The favourite choice at the moment is Bohemian, circa 1930s. I have a couple, nice stuff,
often classified as Monart, but definitely not!

Hope this helps a bit,
We need a signed one or a label ::)

Kind regards
Andy

Thankyou for the information.  It was purchased in the Buckinghamshire area so may well have come from a local auction.
