Yellow Mold Blown Vase
« on: August 30, 2008, 01:04:52 PM »
Hello-
Could anyone help me to identify this interesting vase?  I love the semi opaque yellow glass.  Quality is a bit suspect, because it has prominent mold lines.  I'm thinking that it is a Scandinavian piece.

Thanks,
Charles.

The embossed pattern reminds me of Stelvia, Italy - link with info here http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,2303.msg18768.html#msg18768

Thanks!  This internet forum never ceases to amaze me.  I'm glad to add my pictures to the "scholarship" on this topic, as nothing in that Blenko webpage is shown in this color or shape.  Based on that prior thread, I'm pretty close to 100% certain this piece is part of Husted's "Antiqua" line.

Charles.
