Clichy? More like VSL

An interesting weight, but the 'C' is just an incomplete circle in a cane. Looks like VSL or Bohemian to me. Any views?

Must be a Clichy - it has a Rose cane in the centre!!!  >:D

The torsade is made up of short lengths of twists - a VSL feature??
