Glass Pigeon

Hi
Just purchased a glass pigeon 6 inches(150mm) high and 9 inches(225mm) in length.  No marking at the base. But there must have some sort of sticker on the base before as there is a glue outline of 1 inch diameter.
Any information will be most welcomed.
