Gino Cenedese Frog
« on: September 06, 2008, 07:38:52 AM »
I have a frog it is about 3 inches high by about 6 inches long. It is slightly surreal yet definitely a frog. It is signed and dated by Gino Cenedese.  I don't think that he did many animals.  Does anyone know of anywhere that i can take him to sell him or of any collectors that i can contact about his work. Or indeed anyone who knows anything about his animals.
Thanks

I was just about to say "Kiss him and he will turn into a Prince, then you can keep him!".......then I noticed your name was Henri!!
He's lovely, how can you even consider selling him!? :o

I know hes lovely, but one of my sons is off to University and I need to raise funds.  This little frog was given to me on the day he was born so it seems only right that if this frog has a value it is put towards my son. Which is why i need to try and find a collector or a seller of his works.
I did give him a kiss just in case but he is still a frog.

I wonder how much effect the inscription has on his value, he was made specially for you. You might be better looking for another way to raise funds IMHO
