It's definitely Riihimäen Lasi O.Y Pamela, as it's signed thus. The question still to be answered is who at Riihimaki/Riihimäen Lasi O.Y designed it (and what it might be called. :))

Perhaps Della can help as she has a thing for Riihimäen Lasi O.Y.
