Any suggestions for the maker or decorator of this Scottish souvenir would be welcomed. Perhaps the style of the "Made in Sweden" is recognisable. Interesting that while a transfer design the Reg Number appears to be stencilled.

Its a common type of glass which many factories made. Is it engraved MADE IN SWEDEN?
