Ivo--Need Some Help On Finland Glass Maker's Mark

Ivo, I bet you will be able to help me with these two small vases or could they be candle holders. (There was plenty of wax to be cleaned off of these.  ::))  They are molded with "Finland" stamped on the base, but it has a maker's mark that I'm hoping you will be able to identify.  Thanks for looking!!

sorry the maker is not in the glass industry catalogues 2000-2004 - so it maybe older (and bust) or more recent.
