Opalescent and cobalt trimmed art glass bowl

About 7 inches long, heavy and thick and unsigned.   Rescued from a thrift store recently here in the US.  Like Murano, but not.  Maybe Chalet?  Or, Possible Labino?  Thanks for looking!  Any ideas on origin appreciated!
