Hi David  :D

I saw your and Max's posts on Is it Whitefriars? about your Koralli and I wonder if you would post the pic here, please?

I think Max mentioned that I have one, too, http://tinypic.com/b8u790.jpg and I would be interested in confirming whether or not they were designed by Tamara Aladin

Also, you mentioned other colours!  Do you have any in other colours, or pictures of them?  I have only ever seen the ones in the colour you and I have!

:D http://tinypic.com/bdkxme.jpg - deep green next to a 'Tornado' vase

http://tinypic.com/bdkxw8.jpg - the one I had on Whitefriars Board in an olive green colour

The deep green does not have the acid etched mark to base - I have sold (no pics) blue and red ones

Hope this helps

Here is a link to that large tub of a vase by Riihimaen Lasi Oy - under that a bullet vase with the acid etched mark and two birds by Riihimaen - love to know this story

Hi Adam

This was the vase Leni was talking about seeing, as she has one very similar.  You said on the WF board that you had it in different colourways -any chance of a look?  It's quite unusual.   :)

Oh no I thought she meant the tulip vases

No I have a large version of this bucket vase but its the same white layered case with the green and blue - sorry for any confusion

I never even knew they were called Koralli vases - I have had a few and sold them on eBay over years - also I know the birds are Reijmyre (how could I not with that big gold label Ivo) - just thought I would stick them in, see if anyone knew about the designers and dates
