I see why the seller says 'signed' for this item, but I think it is wishful thinking. It is not a signature cane I have ever seen before.

I'm inclined to agree. The central cane looks like it was supposed to be a sort of pinwheel that got smooshed a bit.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
