Hello  Pamela,

This bottle was made for Dubarry. I have seen quite a few over the years & as far as I remember the pattern was used for various types of Cologne & possibly also for Talc. Often they still retain their foil Dubarry label to the centre of the sun.

I don't know who made them, however. I've seen them attributed to the 'International Bottle Co.' in the past, but I do not know much about this company or if the attribution is correct.

Hi Pamela
I have a bottle just like yours mine is blue and my daughter has a pink one, both have the Rg No 755481 this was for the International Bottle Co, not sure of the date, I did raise this topic, I think it was on the old GMB and Glen found the number in the blue book!!.

Have a look at my unknown glass album for a photo.

Thanks Tony,

It's good to have confirmation of who registered the design, I had seen these attributed before but didn't have a reference to confirm it.

The number indicates a registration date of about 1930, though I don't know how long it would have been produced for, it wouldn't surprise me if these were still being made into the 50's.
