The shape is certainly looks to be similar to a Thrower shape but the card design isn't a Thrower design. That vase doesn't look as if it has the "waist" of FT58 shape in either size (Greek Key), yet looks too tall to be a FT72 shape (squat Greek Key). The closest shape design is FT66, the flared Abstract vase, but the patterns are abstract and not card suites., The FT66 only had a 2-year run so it might very well have been a shape revisited post 1987 by Dartington Crystal.
As I concluded before, it might be Dartington Crystal but I would seriously doubt it was pre-1987 Dartington Glass.
Linda and Stuart Smithson's book comprehensively covers Dartington 1967-1987 (including rarities) and Wedgwood Crystal 1983-1987. Mine has paid for itself four times over when I found an amber FT2 posy. Linda was selling them on ebay at less than the cover price including postage.
