Help to ID possible Victorian large Paperweight

Please help ID this large Paperweight, to me it looks like it could be late Victorian although I could be totally wrong, diameter 3.75" or 9cm , height 3" or 7cm, weight 1.3kg, snapped pontil with rough base

I am sure, this one is Bohemian, called in german: " Trompetenblumen", verry typically, about 1900 -1920.
