Black daisy block 8 sided tumbler(?) stand
« on: November 02, 2008, 03:46:42 PM »
Any ideas what these are please and who might have made them?  The nearest object I can find to them is a Davidson tumbler stand, so I'm guessing that these might have been used in a similar way...

Octagonal shape with faceted sides and daisy block pattern on one side, where all the wear appears to be around the edges.  3" diameter recess on the other with four raised lines radiating from the centre and sides standing ½" high.  I was hoping there would be a registration mark but nothing seen.

TIA  :)
