Regulan paperweight

Has anyone heard of Regulan?  An extensive search has found nothing.  Weight is about 3 inches high

It is a bulk-forming laxative, used to treat constipation.  Doctors get all kinds of stuff with brand names on them. This is one of them.

I would avoid using it though, it would cause constipation.
