Do you think your item is a decanter or condiment bottle? Something similar designed for Finnish Nuutajarvi Notsjo (now owned by Iitala) by Kaj Franck in the 1950s, but the base is a rounded flask shape with a cylinder neck and pourer lip, and what appears to be a tall section that fits into the neck, rising to a bulb and topped with a round stopper.
Tableware has a huge range of variations. Must be someone on this forum that can answer your question with more knowledge. Be patient!
