Help with signatures please!

Hello,

I am going to list to list three pieces on ebay - between then they are signed by two different people but I am not sure who they are. Can anyone help wit the signatures or offer any further information?

I think the first one is Ole Alberious.  My first ever identification on this board!  How exciting.  I posted a query about him earlier today which is the only reason I knew :D
