Multi-coloured asymetrical blown-glass vase with broken pontil - who?

this is so gawdy
the glass is a red tone with green milk glass inside the top. it is out of shape and rough on the base where it has been broken of the blow stick. it has green colours and like boiled lollies in the glass. it stands around 5 inches tall i hope the pics are clear enough
