Large uranium green glass bowl? - ID = Walther Wilhelm

I'm asking for someone else, so I have limited info on the bowl but does anyone recognise it please?
Height: 8" (20cm)
Top diameter: 10" (25.5cm)
Base diameter: 4" approx (10cm)
Glows like crazy under a blacklight. No makers marks or numbers etc...
