Is this vase/tumbler a Murano?

I posted this on the glass board and it was suggested that I check will the Murano board. This vase/tumbler is 5 1/2" tall and has a rough pontil. I don't know if it is overshot glass or not but would love to find out more info on it. I have checked overshot websites but can't find anything even close to it. Ebay, Ruby Lane, and Tias don't have much for variations of this type of glass either. I did find two people who had pieces like it, one has a bowl one has a vase, but they don't know who made it either. Hope someone likes it and will respond.
Thanks
Pam

Hello,
It is not overshot, but what the italians call "pulegoso," which means that it is filled with frothy air bubbles.
At first glance it looks Italian. However, there are also pulegoso items like this originating in Mexico.
